水井鉆桿是潛孔鉆桿的改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品，兩端為細(xì)扣公頭，配合鎖接頭使用，在發(fā)生粘扣、斷扣、外徑脹裂時，無需整體更換鉆桿，頭可以有效節(jié)約鉆井成本
我們可以提供OEM或ODM服務(wù)，也可以根據(jù)您要求的材料、長度、壁厚、螺紋來定制鉆桿。
瑞龍自主研發(fā)的沖孔鉆桿通過降低水壓損失，提高了鉆井效率和鉆井速度。工具接頭鐓粗端內(nèi)徑與鉆桿本體內(nèi)徑基本相同，壓力損失降低20% - 50%。沖洗內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)減少腐蝕，提高抗疲勞性能，使連續(xù)取樣和鋼絲繩鉆井。
Ruilong’s proprietary flush-hole drill pipe improves hydro-efficiency and drilling speed by decreasing hydro pressure loss. The internal diameter of the upset end of the tool joint is almost the same as that of the drill pipe body, reducing pressure loss by 20-50 percent. The flush internal structure reduces erosion and improves anti-fatigue properties, enabling continuous sampling and wire-line drilling.

桿體材料選用上海寶鋼STM-R780（42MnMo7）不易疲勞彎曲或折斷，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。桿端經(jīng)過中頻加熱、液壓鐓粗加厚，進(jìn)行12小時掩埋式回火保證鉆桿的致密性，提高機(jī)械性能。全部采用精密的進(jìn)口數(shù)控車床，定制成型刀進(jìn)行螺紋加工，精密又保證了與鎖接頭連接的緊密度。
